Aimee has been involved in the Sport and Recreation industry for over 10 years. She found her passion within sports administration after many years of developing and supporting grassroots Cricket. After fostering and rapidly growing Australian Cricket, Aimee found the courage to expand her level of comfort in Cricket and further educate herself to open her career opportunities.
This led to her to gaining support from the Office for Women in Sport and Recreation through the Change Our Game scholarship which allowed the flexibility to complete the Diploma of Sport (Sport Development) / Diploma of Leadership and Management (SIS50319/BSB51918). This helped Aimee secure a role at Richmond Institute with hopes to continually expand the growth of Richmond Institute, with the aim of leading enrolments and the facilitation of new programs.
Aimee loves to find her work life balance through cooking, heading to the beach or booking her next adventure
