Education Partnerships Officer
Kayla Bratic serves as the Education and Partnerships Officer at Richmond Institute. In 2023, she successfully completed the RISL Dual Diploma of Sport/Leadership and Management. Kayla holds current First Aid and CPR qualifications, along with a Level 1 Australian Strength and Conditioning Coaching Accreditation, which she obtained in the same year.

In her role, Kayla’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the current cohort of students to ensure they complete their 180 hours of placement. She also focuses on establishing new industry connections to provide students with more placement opportunities. Additionally, Kayla represents the course and Richmond Institute at expos, school presentations, and hosts Richmond Experiences at Richmond FC to attract new students for future cohorts. She also conducts interviews with potential candidates for the course and assists them with their application process.

Outside of work, Kayla is actively involved in sports, playing and coaching senior netball for the Tooradin Dalmore Football Netball Club. She coaches the D Grade Senior Netball Side and has been a part of the A Grade side for three consecutive seasons.
