Sally has 26 years’ experience in leadership and management including owning her own business for 10 years. In 2022, wanting a career change, Sally completed her Dual Diploma with us at the Richmond Institute. Sally was employed by the Richmond Institute straight after completing the course, firstly as a Student Success Officer then progressing into the Student Success Coordinator position. Sally teaches in the Leadership and Management Diploma units, manages the Student Success officers and also oversees the wellbeing of the students throughout the year to ensure each student feels supported and has the best experience possible. Sally finds great fulfillment in witnessing students’ personal growth and development throughout the year, especially as they gain confidence and transition successfully into the industry.
