Will Emerson

Education Coordinator
Will brings over seven years of teaching experience to his role as Education Coordinator at Richmond Institute, where he supports students in the Dual Diploma of Sport and Leadership and Management program.

With a background in Health and Physical Education, Will has spent much of his career developing curriculum and leading classroom environments that prioritise student wellbeing and engagement. Before joining Richmond Institute, he was a dedicated school teacher, using sport and physical activity as powerful tools for learning and development.

Will is passionate about combining education with his love for sport, health, and fitness. He holds a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education, a Certificate III in Fitness, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), equipping him with both practical and academic expertise in his field.

He is driven by the opportunity to help students grow into confident, capable leaders in the sport industry. Outside of work, Will enjoys travelling, staying active through running, basketball, footy, and the gym, and spending quality time with friends and family.
