Zayne’s focus is to assist students to achieve the academic requirements of the course. His role involves working with students to build connections, facilitate growth, and provide care and support. Zayne plays an important part in the welfare of each student and is often the first point of contact for the students that he mentors.
A former student in the inaugural year of Richmond Institute, Zayne graduated and was employed by Richmond Institute the following year as a Student Mentor. During his time there Zayne has had stints as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with Oakleigh Chargers, Next GEN Academy and AFL Victoria.
When he isn’t working, Zayne loves listening to music, watching all different sports, and getting down to live festivals with his friends.
