Zayne Allen

Program Educator (School & Community Programs)
Zayne’s focus is to assist students to achieve the academic requirements of the course. His role involves delivering the Certificate III in Community Services program in Cardinia and working with students to build connections, facilitate growth in their roles at Aligned Leisure, and provide care and support. Zayne plays an important part in the welfare of each student and is often the first point of contact for the students that he teaches.

A former student in the inaugural year of the dual diploma, Zayne graduated and was employed by Richmond Institute the following year as a Student Mentor. During his time there Zayne has had stints as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with Oakleigh Chargers, Next GEN Academy and AFL Victoria. Zayne has mentored students for 3 years and is now a Program Educator for the SBAT program.

When he isn’t working, Zayne loves listening to music, watching all different sports, and getting down to live festivals with his friends.
