Allan has been working in the fitness for almost 20 years in a variety of roles, including gym management, personal training, and high-level performance in young athletes.

After leaving the UK in 2011, he switched his focus to teaching and adult education, specifically certificates and diplomas in Fitness and has never looked back.

Allan has a strong belief in strength and conditioning for everybody of all ages to stay fit, healthy, and maintain mental health and wellbeing. He has qualifications in Strength and conditioning, Fitness, Kettlebells (functional training) as well as multiple group fitness accreditations.
