Jennifer has a background in Strength and Conditioning and in the early 2000s worked with our Richmond VFL team as well as Port Melbourne VFL. More recently Jen worked alongside the AFLW Academy.
Before joining the team, Jen taught PE and Humanities at a Melbourne secondary school. Jen has a strong passion in educating people on a holistic level which intertwines education, nutrition, a healthy mindset, and an active lifestyle. Her role at Richmond Institute is to facilitate the delivery and assessing of content related to sport and fitness. Jennifer also conducts practical sessions to help demonstrate and develop student knowledge in Strength & Conditioning and a range of practical training and group physical activity sessions.
As a former professional runner Jen has expertise in running mechanics and injury prevention training and rehab. Jen currently represents Port Melbourne Football Club.
