Adriana brings over a decade of experience in elite sport to her role as Education Coordinator at Richmond Institute, supporting students across the Dual Diploma and Online Sport Diploma programs.
Starting her journey with the Eastern Ranges in 2012, she’s held diverse roles including Performance Analyst, Rehab Coordinator, and High Performance Manager – Women’s. Her career has spanned AFL Vic Metro, Maribyrnong Sports Academy, and eight years with Melbourne Football Club, where she focused on performance and player development.
Adriana is passionate about athlete wellbeing and development, and she brings strong industry knowledge, emotional intelligence, and a talent for building meaningful connections to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, a Masters of Primary Teaching, and Foundation Studies in Player Development.
She is driven by helping students grow into confident professionals and leaders in the sport industry. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, cooking, footy, the gym, and spending time with loved ones.
