Nathan has over 7 years’ experience working in Health, Fitness and Strength & Conditioning having worked with a diverse range of athletes from all ages, levels and sports in private and professional settings.
He has a passion for maximizing athletic potential and improving sports performance using the latest research and strength & conditioning techniques. He also has a particular interest in long term athletic development for youth athletes.
Nathan has extensive experience in coaching and developing athletic qualities that include strength, power, speed, running mechanics, jumping, landing, plyometrics, change of directions, agility, energy system development and injury prevention.
Nathan uses his own personal and professional experiences to foster a learning environment that is hands on where students can directly apply their learnings into relevant industry settings. He also supports our students by inspiring, empowering and motivating all to thrive and achieve their full potential.
