Olivia grew up in Albury/Wodonga before moving to Melbourne to complete the Diploma of Sport/Diploma of Leadership and Management course with Richmond Institute in 2021.

Before the course concluded, Olivia secured a job as a Membership Sales Officer at the Richmond Football Club. In this role, she played a key part in achieving a milestone of 100,000 members. Olivia now holds a dual role at Richmond Institute and Richmond Football Club as an Education Partnerships and Marketing Coordinator.

In her current position, Olivia is responsible for educating the public about the courses on offer, assisting prospective students with their applications and initial journey with Richmond Institute, and developing the marketing strategy.
