Shane leads the club’s commercial businesses, including Aligned Leisure and Richmond Institute. Setting the strategic direction for the Institute, he has a Master of Business Administration and has studied in negotiation and leadership.

A highly experienced sports executive, Shane has worked at the club for six years. His prior experiences include leading large, diverse teams in the not for profit sector and a planning and leadership role at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Away from the footy club, Shane is an avid basketballer and downhill skier, a Director of Life Saving Victoria, and has recently become a Dad to son Lewis.
