Richmond Institute of Sports Leadership students gained an unique insight into centre management when they visited Cardinia Shire’s premier leisure facility Cardinia Life.
Students met with Cardinia Leisure Manager Simon Bryson, who took them on a tour and introduced them to the centre’s staff.
Bryson spoke about the operational aspects of running the centre and the associated occupational health and safety/compliance risks and planning involved.
Following the tour, students were given the opportunity to complete a one-hour yoga session and a one-hour spin session.
