Dreamtime at the ‘G consumer meeting

Following Richmond’s blockbuster Dreamtime at the ‘G clash against Essendon at the MCG, Richmond Institute of Sports Leadership students heard from Club staff at a consumer meeting.

Students attended the meeting with Richmond’s Chief Customer Officer, Cain Liddle, Head of Consumer, Richard Fox and Membership Manager, Anthony Fagan.

The meeting focused on retail sales figures, crowd sizes (forecast versus actuals), feedback on corporate functions, a membership update and forward planning.
